I addition to our expertise in project management, D&D, waste management, and nuclear programs and operations. our team is associated with the National TRU Program and EFCOG working groups focused on supporting TRU waste disposition efforts across the DOE complex. This involvement at a high level in the country’s waste management efforts offers 3Bears scientists a unique and early insight to the industry. At 3Bears, we fully endorse the DOE P 450.4 ISMS core philosophy of integrating safety into management and work practices at all levels so that missions are accomplished while protecting the public, the worker, and the environment. We bring this safety culture with us when we work at your site, and we can also provide ISMS management training.
